Lima Beans - Pods, No Seeds

The plants are tall and full, plenty of flowers and now the pods are coming in. They are large and a nice color - but basically flat. inside there are no or very small seeds. What causes this?

Sounds normal to me. Wait a few days and they should start to fatten up.
