Well Water Advice

I have an old well and the water turns everything rusty looking. I use this water when we don't get enough rain. I have used it for years now but lately I am concerned that the water may have too much iron in it and could be harming my vegetable and other plant life. Any thoughts, advice would be welcome. Thank you.

Do a soil test to know for sure.

Iron deficiency is a big problem in plants, so many people need more iron. I've never heard of a problem from iron overabundance, but I'm sure like anything else, too much of a good thing can become bad.
