At present, the methods of soybean dehulling technology roughly include:
1 fluted disc dehulling;
2, fluted roll dehulling;
3, centrifugal impact dehulling;
4, wet grinding roller dehulling.
By experts argument compared analysis known, fluted disc dehulling equipment is principle structure simple, but peeling rate is low, general for 70% around.
Fluted roll dehulling machine peeling rate high, up to 90% generally. But soybean water request is low before through into the machine water, general for 7~8%. So it is energy wasting, investment high.
The water content request of centrifugal impact dehulling machine is low too before through the soybean into the dehulling equipment. The centrifugal impact dehulling machine’s peeling rate is 90% in general.
As regards wet method grinding roller dehulling machine, peeling of the bean kernel need to dry after peeling. Its shortcomings obviously, currently rarely used.
Based on the above advantage of soybean dehulling equipment and the actual producing request, our company research and design a new type soybean dehulling equipment, CYTZ series high efficient soybean dehulling machine, skin and kernel separating machine unit.
