Botrytis

We had a really wet spring this year, and my blueberry bushes contracted botrytis. I trimmed back the infected limbs, and bushes are looking better, but after I trim infected branches back, fungus is showing up again. I am cleaning my pruning shears in clorox each time I use them. I was wondering if there is anything I can treat limbs with after I trim them to help the wound heal quicker and maybe prevent the spread of the fungus.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
